Miss Favela's grand opening in May 2008 was a blast!  The samba beat was strong as the caipirinha flowed and the people shook their bundas in joyous rhythm. The mini-Mardi Gras had started at our sister restaurant, Felix, in Soho the day before ending the next night in the brand new space in Williamsburg.
